As you know, April 6th was the launch date of Book 4, Dark Shadows. Here’s a bit of trivia. I started with Dark Water because it just made sense and then it rolled into Dark Ship and Dark Horse and now I feel like I need to continue with the Dark theme even if the 4th book reminds some folks of a vampire show from their childhood, which I had never heard of before I’d chose the title and had the cover made. Guess I should have done some research on that. But a title isn’t copyrightable as its considered a “short slogan” and not intellectual property. Also the content of my book varies greatly from the TV show.
This year I would like to launch 2 more book. Right now they are title Dark Paradise and Dark Fury. I have a seventh book planned and tentatively called Dark Hunt. I have over half of Dark Paradise written.
Dark Paradise finds Ryan tracking a serial killer after the man steals Mango’s sailboat.
Dark Fury draws Ryan back to Mexico to remove the bounty on him and Mango.
Dark Hunt is about the search for a ship.
I have another series in the works. The first book is done and I am starting the outline for Book 2. These involve a stuntman riding motorcycles. Think Reacher meets Ryan Weller.
I need to get back to writing and marketing and all the other good stuff that goes with being a self-published writer. See you guys later!
